If I get the 18" Compomotives and wrap them in a 255/60/R18 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO will the 5th one still fit in the underneath storage area for the spare?

255/60/r18 is smaller overall diameter than stock. Yes, they will fit.
265/60/r18 will also fit.
At 265/65/r18, you need to deflate it to get it to fit.
If you meant to type 255/70/R18, then it probably won't fit, but I'm not certain.
