Truck decided to die. All lights and many faults appeared.
Parking brake fault. Hdc fault. Transmission. And some others.
Battery tested. Fully juiced.

Hoping that it is only a parking brake switch problem and or rear tail lights issue.

Read somewhere, the more warnings that show up, the less severe the problem.
Fingers crossed.

Dealer quoted for brake switch is $51.

Any suggestions or similar situations? Thanks

If you unplug the brake switch do you hear a ding? Does that mean anything. Haven't read any mention of a sound after unplugging.

The brake switch issue never killed power to any trucks....sorry, may not be that simple.

Oh, no. Also have had on and off warnings for missing or loose fuel cap. Seem to get that message when temperature rises. Has anyone replaced the o-rings to fix that issue?

I've heard of some reports of ethanol eating the plastic/O-rings and causes them to leak.

My guess would be to get a new gas cap from the dealer.
