You will need to shampoo the carpets, For the leather I would say the best cleaner is made by Lexol followed up with their conditioner.
Don't know how much smoke you'll pull out but the leather will be happy. Talk to a auto parts dept. about getting some of their air freshener, not the stinky stuff but the stuff made to pull out the stink.
Enjoy your new truck,

This is what I use on my Lexus. Buy some SoftScrub (any smell except for chlorox). Scrub with moist cotton towel on a small area to see how your leather will take it. Then proceed to clean the front/back/sides etc. Afterwards... clean up is easy with a fresh clean moist towel.

Let dry then you can apply leather conditioner. I use Connolly Hide Care

The absolute best cleaner and conditioner is availbe through Griot's Garage. It makes your leather smell, look and feel factory new. I assure you, this is by far the best conditioner available on the market. Much better than Lexol and far better than Connolly's Hide Food. Considered by many to be THE benchmark for all others.
