Trying to find the non-OEM, fiberglass, Malaysian windshield cowl for my 2004 Disco.

I see tons of mentions of it from around the web with most referencing eBay but I cant find a listing for it or a retailer that actually has one for sale. Some of these mentions are from as early as mid-2019.

There is one single retailer I found on all of the web. Sekotimsa (https://www.sekotimsale.com/index.ph...ucts_id=389152). The website looks fishy. Has anyone ordered from them before? Where is this website or company based? And what the hell is "CA $81.31"? Have never seen this prefix followed by "$".

CA most likely means Canadian dollars, which is currently worth $.75 US.

I use superglue... seems to hold up fine on my cowl.. even in Phoenix temps.

Ha - I've tried superglue, then epoxy - they all have failed on mine.

Serious question: what is it about this Malaysian plastic part that makes it so desirable should I dive into a replacement?

Thanks!

...what is it about this Malaysian plastic part....

I think it is fiberglass, not plastic... hence - no cracks. Could somebody confirm?

It is.. He also makes A pillar covers like that as well. I have the Miami British one on my D2. About 7 years now and it is holding up well. I did need to touch up some paint but that has been about it.
