can anyone verify eco mode disabled when towing, and if so, is it when you hook up the trailer harness? -

Spoke with my mechanic today and he said that when towing, the ECO mode should be shut down... so maybe if we hook a "special" tow light harness in there it would bypass the ECO setting and turn the light off? any thoughts on this solution? -

I've read about a faulty power module fixing the problem... I wonder if there is a "fix" if you can find a faulty module, or cause yours to fail? -

so is the consensus here that, If you don't want to use the start/stop function you have to live with the "ECO" light? I sure would like to get rid of it...
