Changing the CD Changer to MP3/iPod input

I have a 2001 SD Discovery and I was curious if anyone had found a relatively cheap way of allowing an MP3 player to be used as the input on the 10-pin cable instead of the CD changer. Thanks if any help or links can be provided.
