I Would check the alternator and battery connections before your battery starts to screw up with your truck. If your battery isn't at it peak in terms of battery output any sensor will be affected and will start sending codes of failure. Until it shuts down. -

I had the same problem when I replaced the crappy Interstate battery. Battery was too wide and it wouldn't clear the spacing needed for the bolts to secure it properly and it was too small to hold it in place. Not wanting to deal with rolling around and possibly smashing the wires behind.. I... -

Lift rods?? Need advice
keep In mind that those hight sensors are in a plastic housing, the arm that activates the sensor is also plastic. I have seen 2 other Land Rovers that after installing the Johnson rods and rhino rods (both metal) have put more stress on the sensor. eventually breaking it... best of luck -

Replacing LR4 wheel arches

All Weather or Snow Tires ?
> stick to all weather tires. not worth switching tires in my opinion. Secondly tires age with time and like anything else the rubber becomes dry and if you shelf them for any amount of time in the garage.... where temperature isn't controlled yearround expect those tires to dry up and wear... -

Is it dangerous to drive with these warnings?
Your wheel alignment is off, I would take it to get all wheels aligned. regarding your codes your battery might be dying. -

Air down tires off road for 2006 LR3 without all-terrain tires?
Is true that airing down will help in off road conditions, sand or when you need more contact patch to surface. I found its not really needed with this cars as 4 wheel drive and the software will do most of the work. Airing down the tires might improve the ride but You need to have a way to air...- E1966

NEED HELP... INMOBILISER ACTIVE, 0U167 CODE , WONT START
I have 2006 LR3 SE. after an oil change and resetting the service message yesterday. The vehicle code came up 0u167 stating something like can bus not communicating and immobilizer active. Does anyone ever have had this occurred to you ? I will appreciate any info -

ARB dual compressor mounting?
That is a good Idea, although here in communist California there isn't much of the white powder or salt on the road.there are other white powders but I am not getting into that subject. -

British Atlantic iLand
I have one and I have used it.. works pretty good. I also have a cheaper nova that I purchase from amazon. Both do just about the same !
