i took thermostat out, i also put it water on stove it opened at about 190 -

i flushed radiator with high pressure water, i took waterpump off and inspected the fins, all seemed good, -

My 98 Rover is overheating, have checked out radiator and water pump they are fine. when the heater is on it doesn't overheat. Any suggestions?
