    I just had the same problem. The POS. clamp wasn't tighten enough on the POS. pole. I replaced the battery and clamp. Works perfectly for me.

    I would be suprised if its the starter. It has started right up for the entire month I've had it. I'm thinking more along the lines of a short somewhere, bad solenoid or something along thos elines. When I don't use the "accessories" and trigger this, it starts really strong.
