Discovery II TD5 - 2” Lift
I have no experience in lifting a vehicle of any sort. I would like to lift my 1999 TD5 Discovery II by 2 inches (50mm). L322 TDV8 3.6 Simply will NOT start.
At my wits end. Do I have a 3 ton lump of scrap metal ? 50 miles into my journey (with caravan) with 1/4 tank of diesel I fill up at a Shell garage (£100+). 150 uneventful miles later at about 50/60mph I experience a sudden and dramatic loss of RPM and power. Recommendation for workshop manual
Being new to Land Rover/Range Rover could anyone recommend a users/owners/workshop manual which is well informed and digestible by a competent but still amateur home mechanic. Specifically for a 2008 - 3.6 TD V8 RR Vogue- KevinHDKent

2008 TDV8 Fuel Pump - No Fuse/Relay ?
Hi, thanks for your input. I have been given this fuse legend, but it describes 30 fuses, mine has only 20 so I can’t assume that any of them are as described in the list- KevinHDKent

I’ve checked engine bay, and all the 25A fuses. But the fuse legend you show has 30 fuse positions, mine only has 20 ?(as photo) So can’t be certain what I’m checking .- KevinHDKent

Thank you for that. I have now found the fuse/relay compartment in the engine bay (not noted in the Owners manual !) and will take a look now. Any ideas on a relay fir the lift pump ?- KevinHDKent

2008 TDV8 Fuel Pump - No Fuse/Relay ?
I have the owners manual. Fuses are in the lower glove box (passenger side) and in the rear compartment behind the wheel arch on the right. None of the fuses are noted as protecting the fuel pump. The relays are not identified on the manual, and the icons in the vehicle do not indicate fuel pump.- KevinHDKent
