@heliart - Misery loves company! I did my chains just over a year ago (Dec 2024) and yesterday got the exact same error code; it started with an engine light and restricted performance but then the restricted performance switched off. It's a similar situation in that it's very cold here... -

SCV6 Engine chatter/knock
I had my go out in 2024, the one that faces the opposite direction to the other pulleys, it took out the serpentine belt and a whole bunch of other things, for me the morale of the story is to check these bearings every 40 to 50K miles. I renewed all idlers when repairing the belts. -

Coolant change/flush?
Also think about the front and rear diffs and the transfer case if they've not already been done. Pay attention to using the correct fluids also.
