2.5D temp gauge help??
I have a 2.5l D in my series 3. i just bought a temp gauge for the 2.5 but can't seem to get it work. has anyone done this before?? -

Head Gasket? Need help
So I was driving my SIII the other day and all of a sudden I had loud clunks in the engine and white and black smoke out of the exhaust. I figured it would be a blown head gasket, but found that hard to believe because the engine is a diesel and has under 50K miles. this happen to anyone before... -

Overdrive or no overdrive?
overdrive Definately invest in an overdrive if you plan on taking the highway anywhere. I bought my series with an overdrive and move well at 60-65 mph. But my top speed not using overdrive is only 45 mph
