That doesn't look anything like the 2011 remote. I know that the 2012s have a completely different RSE, so you're probably going to have to get the dealer to find you a 2011 one. -

I've got RSE on my 2011 LR4, and you can listen to music up front while passengers listen to movies in the back seat. I'd be fairly certain that feature exists in the 2012s. -

What year is yours? The same button on my 2011 LUX is labeled "Info". It has to discernible function (I think it is used with satellite radio). -

The bluetooth on my 4S works great. I never used it on my 3G due to heavy static. It's clear as a bell with the new phone. -

baobay, what exactly did you request from the dealer? I contacted LR Dallas about this today, and they indicated that there is no new update. Did you simply ask them to enable the voice controls? -

The 2011s have hard drive navigation. Do you mean that the 2012s have DVD navigation? There is a difference. -

Potential buyer - leather stain question
I've had my LR4 LUX with tan leather for about 3 months. I don't own any jeans, but my wife wears jeans most of the time. The leather seems very resilient to me. -
Rattle going over manhole covers and potholes - Please help
Sorry, I haven't heard anything like that on my LR4. Granted, I normally have a set of golf clubs in the back, along with the cover closed. Oddly enough, I never hear my golf clubs rattling, and I used to hear them all the time in my old Explorer.
