Are you in the states ? If so , automatics take 19.2 pints , but some will remain in the torque converter ..I would put 15 in it then check the dipstick ..That is what the book says .. -

Rusted Vehicles . . .
My D1 has some rust issues in the rear door seams and around the hitch area but it leaks enough oil to prevent any frame rust .... I had a few ford pickup's that were rust buckets around the rear fender wells .... -

Fuel Grade Survey
I try and run 93 in all my stuff ...With the rovers , i treat with sea-foam on a regular basis ...The sea-foam seems to help with the fuel system ..I wish it worked with the electrical issues ...LOL -

Will Your Next Vehicle Be a Rover?
I would buy another rover in a minuet ..I love these things .....I got rear ended in the 96 D1 and all it did was tweak the rear bumper a bit and crack one of the lights in the bumper but they totaled the Toyota Camry that hit me ..LOL . -

How long did you research Land Rovers before you purchased one?
The first one was " Man , I gotta have that" and bought it , The second one took a bunch of looking and research to find a clean one with the stuff i wanted ... -

I like the defenders ..More than likely just a 90 but a 110 would be great as well ..That is if money were no object ...For now i am just a disco guy.. -

Hey guys ... I have a 96D1 se7 (my first) and was thinking about selling it ...Here are the plusses ...It runs great , plenty of power ... Now here are the negatives ..Not much works on her ..Drivers side window no longer works , rear doors have to be opened from the outside , AC's are broken ...
