'95 disco not turning over!!
Motor will not turn over!! I have tried to jump start just in case it was the battery with no luck. I tried moving the gear selector back and forth and tried it in neutral. all of the lights and chimes work. I checked the starter fuse. One strange thing though is when I turn the key...
