OBD - Won't connect to DEQ Emissions and I don't have the old Manual
I have my Dad's old LR4, 139,000 miles on it. He does not have any manuals and I can't pass the Oregon DEQ test, since when they connect it, it does not give a signal. I am looking for a fuse to replace, yet I can't find the fuse box without the manual. Not a car guy, but I love this ride and...- SEANB
