2010 LR4 Glove Box Area Plastic Creaking or Clicking

I have a folded up dollar bill and next a cutoff matchbook is going in the gap between the clear lens and the tan light assembly of the dome light. It also might have something to do with the roll shade for the front sun roof. I know, 3 cans of expanding foam spray like great stuff. Na, I...

2010 LR4 Glove Box Area Plastic Creaking or Clicking

Yep, the upper glove box metal latch on the top of it rattles with bumps. Haven't looked into it yet. Putting pressure on the upper glovebox door stops it. Also, the dome light behind my head has a rattle in it, which drives me nuts. Have foam, silicone grease, gasket material, you name it...

LR4 to use Ford Eco Boost V6

They may all have the Ford emblem, but some 5.0's for the Mustang are made in Ontario. The F150 has theirs made somewhere else. The Land Rover's are made over the pond. The F150 and Mustangs have different intakes, different oil filter locations on the engine blocks, different style oil filters...

    Acceleration/braking problems anyone?

Several times going into my garage, I felt like the brakes were not going to catch and stop me in time. A wierd feeling. Backing out of my driveway in the morning going to work, I hear a sqeeking from the brake shoes almost every day when reversing. Also, two times now in 1700 miles, my size...

LR4 to use Ford Eco Boost V6

I just feel that the current 5.0 is a great block with a great tranny combo, so why fix what isn't broke. My mileage on the 2011 LR4 is averaging 18.7 overall for 1053 miles. note: I am using premium fuel.

LR4 to use Ford Eco Boost V6

The F 150 could have it's tires turned by a 4 cyl. powerplant due it being one of the lightest rearends and overall weight over the rear axle. Our L.R.'s are much heavier than the F150. Try closing our 1/2 size tailgate and flip up a new F150's. Our 1/2 size is the same as their full size one.

LR4 to use Ford Eco Boost V6

yes , They have a long standing contract for the 5.0's with Tata, and since the sales of Jag and Landie's have risen in recent month's, they have a hard time keeping up with the engine orders from Tata Co. for 5.0 V-8's. The 6 cyl. Fords don't sound or perform like the 8 cyl. models, which is...

LR4 to use Ford Eco Boost V6

Please no FORD for us. They do not need to come back into our LR lives. They are tinny, higher revving V6's. No thanks. Just bought the 2011 LR4. Lets hope they keep the Jag/L.R. 5.0.
