Rain Sensor...
I have the exact same issue on my 06 LR3. Works perfectly sometimes then just stops. Very annoying and random. I probably just need to replace the sensor. It's really easy I believe. -

Issues with my 2006 LR3
I got one of the higher end Advanced Auto batteries and it works like a champ. Warranty too. I think I read somewhere that these are made by Interstate too. -

Suspension Fault
I have the exact same issue (amber light.) Oddly enough, mine started happening the exact same time my amber brake light came on indicating I need new brakes. I am doing pads and rotors in a few days. Any chance that this would trigger the suspension fault? Just for the hell of it, I ordered a... -

Chrome color grille? Naah. Gray works better!
Wickham's photo's did the trick. I am in for a gray grille on my Tonga Green LR3! Looks like the guy on Ebay is sold out for now though :( thanks to us lol. -

Bluff City LR is where I get my LR3 serviced. Great service folks to deal with there. I have seen that one parked down by the road showing folks where to turn to go to the dealership. Cool paint job! -

Bumping noise thru front end / steering wheel & TSBs
Is there a TSB yet on the lower control arms? I had my bearings replaced (front) and new bushings. No loud bump anymore, but it is still there, a little muffled with the new bushings. I am only 1500 miles from being out of warranty!!! -

Steering Knock or Free Play sensation on 08 model D3
Had the same issue turning into say a driveway at low speed. Dealer replaced both front ball joints (said they were very worn) and it was still there. Replaced bushings and it is gone. All under warranty. 2006 with 46K miles. -

Steering wheel Airbag cover curl
I believe there was a TSB about this. My dealer in Memphis fixed it no questions asked during my last visit for the "check list." I am still under warranty for another 4K miles. Even gave me a loaner for the day. I love Bluff City British Cars! -

Thanks for the info. I am calling the dealer today to get it scheduled. I checked the last service paperwork and they actually replaced both front ball joints last time in. They said the driver side one was really worn. Good to hear I now have a more robust set of joints. I will have them start... -
