    Options for Tow Hitches

If you haven't figured it out yet what you might have to do is crank up the tire until just before it hits the hitch. Tuck the tire up behind the hitch then crank it the rest of the way up. did it with mine and everything is fine.

Can you get a nav as an add-on option for the 07 LR3 SE?

I got a Gamin Nuvi 1490T (I think). I got that one cause it's the biggest I found and fills the space in the Nav area. I hard wired it in and it looks great, works great and CHEAP !!!

For those of you with the Curt Hitch

For the most part you have to. I can see you not dropping it but it would take you 3x longer on the install. And BTW, why not drop the tire? It doesn't even take 3 mintues but will save a ton of time on the install.

    Options for Tow Hitches

Hope bily doesn't mind if I answer your question but I just installed a Curt hitch last night. Took me just under an hour and on your scale of 1-10 I'd say it's a 3. Very easy. Those fish lines work perfectly! Looks great too.

    Curt Trailer Hitch

UPS delivered it around 6pm. Started it at 7pm. done around 7:45pm. WOW that was so much easier than I thought. If you're thinking of doing it, don't worry, a monkey could do it. I went with the Curt so that I can use my hitch mounted motorcycle carrier....not to mention it was so much...

    Options for Tow Hitches

I just picked up an 06 LR with 12,000 and I'm going with the Curt. I want the option of using my motorcycle carrier. I've seen it installed and it's a pretty clean installation. Looks fine.
