    Are you pressure testing with the engine cold, and the leaks occur when its hot? Is the lid of the reservoir tank leaking? When you filled your system following the thermostat change, did you use the vacuum method?

    Funny how frequently "f it" seems to work. I had a ceased diesel on the boat... (sat for 3 years) took a breaker bar and my brother and I to break it loose from the main crank bolt. Runs like a charm ever since.
