Don't misunderstand me, I LOVE the taller 'look' as well as the sight line from driver seat. I have experimented with many heights, speeds, loads, and the lower you can roll the better with factory 'normal' being the best. -

^ have you ever driven a Mercedes G? They are actually a lot like a much better built Disco 2. Better in every way mechanically, body, frame, and materials but the Disco 2 was my favorite for shape of rear section being so tall. Yeah I love the color o the one in this thread and with grey paint I actually prefer silver or aluminum accent trim and wheels. Our Audi S4 avant is Dolphin Grey and the silver and gunmetal silver wheel sets look perfect, even 11 years on now from new. -

It seemed like Tata was going to turn it around, which they certainly did in terms of brand image and sales but the company is looking weak and the cancellation of the SVX Disco 5 suggests things are worse than we can see. Rotor wear advice
FYI, your typo makes it hard to know what was actually said to you.... When you have a little left, and will just do new rotors too anyway, you can go a little longer if it's close and you're the type to be easy on the brakes. Mine last sooooo long because I do not speed ahead to red lights... -

literally LOL. 33.4" diameter, 10" tread, 12" section, NINE inch wheel and wider offset. Such a shop, willing to do this with these parts, is simply taking your $ or they'd have advised against the selections. GLTY -

It may be obvious but always test the removed bolt in a die before starting to run a tap into such an important part. And also, test on the die only after a thread gauge pretty much tells you which one to test ;) -

31.5" 265/65-18 does not need you to do that. There is zero purpose for you to run around at +2 all the time. Having the gap tool ,just use it for more off road when on a trail. No chance being lifted all the time somehow helps the struts. Quite the opposite, they are going to be best at... -

Actually I wouldn't think the frame itself is any heavier than normal but the design of this thing being pretty much a unibody on top of a ladder frame is why it's so heavy. Most vehicles have one or the other, I am not aware of any other hybrid like this. -

Yup, that mercedes does the job very well for a demographic that rover was barely competing with and now how lost ground on in my opinion. The GL 3rd row is way better and it's long flat roof is better for many things. The D5 roofline and rear hatch especially got dumb as shit from a usability... -

I thought our lr3 lamps were "xenon". Why do you say HID? I'm not aware of any lr3 coming with HID, all the brochures and info say xenon. Are these the same? Also, I have no idea if my lamps were even changed but I have done a lot of road trips at night and at 150,000 miles, i would assume...
