for the cross member, if bolts are tight, soak overnight with 'PB blaster or Kroil. then you will still probably need a good impact wrench. I feel like some of those are hard to access unless you have a compact impact like the Proto compact 1/2". I really like the proto air tools by the way... -

Actually, not a single HSE lr3 ever came with a full size spare by default. It's only there if it was specifically ordered such as it is included in the HD package. Additionally, seeing a full size under an lr3 does not necessarily mean it has the HD package, it only means the spare was added... -

How are roof rail nuts/thread secured?
land rover merriam parts or similar like palm beach will have cheaper pricing usually. you can also try rovers north or atlantic british. pricing for some things can vary quit a bit. -
