If leveling for camping is the goal, it does seem from most posts that people go xlifter. If you're like me and need to play around with total height, then you use the screen shown in your second post, first pic to add a saved height setting. Powerful UK has a video on all this too.
I used Mettleair out of Canada to order Push fitting, 6mm to 1/8 NPT females, ordered all the line and other fittings from McMaster-Carr per one of you guys' recommendations from a thread back in March when I was prepping my own kit. Haven't used it, but tested some of my fittings. All looked...
Totally happy with mine. Seems well constructed. My brother is a fabricator and he too felt it was up to *****. Installs with no issue on a T44 bumper. I don’t have a pic of it but there’s no issue. I think Safari gard might have a pic on their IG account.
I've not experienced that in my 2012. Question is does a hard reset remove any codes that may have been in there? Also, did you get back out and try locking and unlocking it again, either with fob or touchpad? It almost seems like something went wonky there in your sequence.
Ok found the antenna. It’s located under the rear bumper cover foam, center section. So if you delete your bumper as I did, you’ll need to reinstall the harness and antenna to maintain functionality.
Hey thanks buddy. I appreciate that. I’ll double check but I do believe I already had the rear sensors deactivated when I did the fronts for the front bumper.
At least it’s a minor annoyance but I actually appreciate that feature.
Try here. This looks like it.

Hey all. I’ve got a rear trunk that no longer allows me to open a locked trunk keyless by just touch. I’ve got a code for it. Anyone happen to experience? Only thing that’s different is I disconnected parking sensors from the oe bumper when I added the T44.
Edit, sorry maybe I’m talking about regular rrs Brembos that fit. That may need some more attention because I’ve confirmed fitment onto 18” Compos from others more knowledgeable than me.
Yep awesome pics! I just hit 1-year with mine too, but yeah, I don't got time for those awesome pics. I added some from our EMHT trip. Definitely check it out, starts out of Needles.
I’m not really doing a trip report bc I put a bunch up on my IG but here’s a sample from our week across the Mojave a few weeks back. In all I think we covered just over 300 miles on the East Mojave Heritage Trail. It was an awesome time running with the NorCal Land Rover Club!
Just a little comparo as I’ve hit 12 months with the truck. I feel like it needs a name but I haven’t come up with anything. Anyways, here’s to 12 months of trouble free ownership!
So I've had a gradual decline in my willingness to spend $$$ on oil. I started with the Gucci OE stuff from Atlantic, then stepped down to my preferred LiquiMoly Molygen from FCP Euro, and now, for the first time, I stepped down again to Costco Full Synthetic 0-20. But I'm changing at 5K...
This is discussed somewhere, though I Don't have it handy. The consensus was negative to the battery ground post behind the fuse box. Someone posted the Land Rover OE instructions for wiring too, and they show grounding in that manner. And positive to the battery pos. That's how I've wired my...
Woah great find. NASA has good stuff. What to do about it remains a
conundrum. I mean, I drive with my window down a lot and the rattle is so unbecoming of the LR4 ☹️
Lol I know!! I was experimenting to see if slopping it in there would quiet it down. Negative. There’s something wrong obviously. I’ll have to just try new clips and pads and see. Stupid annoying problem. Oh yeah and my solar panel came up in two spots, front and back, towards end of the trip...
