I'd check the rim for any dents. If something in the suspension is off, I think you would know about it pretty quickly by either alignment being off or noise of some sort. -

Timing chain question: proactive or wait?
Im at 175k. Original chains and still quiet (knock on wood!) I change my oil every 4-5k and use 5w30 synthetic I buy in bulk at the wholesale club. When I changed my valve cover gaskets a while back, chain tension felt good with no slop. No idea if its the shorter change interval or heavier... -

If your going to pull the block, you may as well just get an O-ring kit for it and rebuild it. You are already 100% into it at that point. -

Most popular injector puller?
With the box sides removed, it opens up a bunch of space. I found the trickiest to be very bottom rears and down along the bottom of the valve cover tight against the wheel wells/frame. -

https://www.ebay.com/itm/201719259934 No way Im paying $69 for a brass fitting. The reality is the brass is probably fine. If anything its the o-ring. There is a brass ferrule on the plastic line. Removing it when installing my new shocks usually broke it. -

Have your struts/airbags ever been replaced? My leaks were the airbags themselves. Raise it all the way up and spray soapy water all over the bags. If you do this in a quiet spot, you may hear the bubbling like I did. -

Coolant pipe replacement every 5 years on V8?
We arent replacing the aluminum engine block and heads every 5 years. I imagine if I had aluminum pipes, they probably wouldnt get replaced again unless its a bad porous casting. With OEM plastic pipes, I've done the front twice, rear once. First time it started leaking where the O-rings/pipes... -

What Did You Do To Your LR Today?
Oil Change, 5 tire rotation. Now have a TPMS fault showing. Hopefully the system just needs some time to relearn the sensors. Got to get a Gap tool and transmission pan/filter kit ordered to do that before it gets hot again. -

5.0L Crankshaft Seal Leak, Request Advice
Yup. Drain oil, 2 bolts and unplug the hose. Very simple. If its the pump, the oil just goes everywhere on the lower side of the engine. I spent more time cleaning up the oil mess than it took to swap the pump. I put an aftermarket on mine, but up to you on what parts you use. -

It could be the crankshaft seal, but I'd verify that its not the vacuum pump leaking oil first, as they are notorious for it. Mine was and it looked way worse than yours does. -

oil leak onto exhaust manifold
Sounds like valve cover gaskets to me. They get h ard on the exhaust manifold side and start leaking onto the exhaust manifold. To replace, you need to pull fuel lines, fuel rails, injectors, coils. May as well do spark plugs since your into it that far. Replace PCV's on the passenger valve... -

Fuel injector seal
I think what Rover Range is saying is that there are other LR's that use a similar color injector seal. If you arent comfortable with them because of the color, return them and get different ones. I used these on mine when I did the valve cover gaskets... -

Coolant Issue driving me crazy
Agree with removal the skid plate. That should give you a better visual underneath to chase drips. Im not sure how tight the rear firewall area is with the supercharger. You may be able to slide a phone back there a little to take a few pics. -
