2008 LR3, HSE
2008, that is the good 3; they finally got everything right by then so of course, was time for the LR4 and to start over again. I figure the price of a 3 is some percentage of the current market price of a Chev Tahoe. As to if it is 50% or more, that is a good question. -

I have the feeling that the Defender is generally smaller inside than the 3/4. I know at the back, there is less length, but how does it feel side to side in the front seats - less width than the 3/4 or wider feeling? I do not suppose a Range Rover is an LR3? I note that the display size etc above is very different from what comes in the LR3 and I suppose LR4, hence there is no kit available for them. I am hoping that is a few years when or if LR comes out with a 130 Defender, that the spare tyre will be somewhere other than on the door - not the bonnet either, but that is tradition. Without the door mounted spare, a 130 would be no longer than a 110 and the rear door less bulky and heavy. -

Yes, correct, but then why choose the Defender to copy? The only thing that does puzzle me is that the C&D articles and others suggest the Bronco is body on frame and the Defender appears to be Unit Body; ie, no frame. -

Yes, I guess it is a Receiver. The jpg shows the newer smaller LR4 type and the big one is the LR3 original receiver. The LR4 type fits the LR3 and hangs down less - looks better as well. -
