You'll need to remove the throttle body, fuelrail cross pipe, unplug harness for iac and map sensors, and bolts holding the intake manifold. Once the intake manifold is removed, you'll see the iac attached to it. -

2011 LR4 TIMING JOB
If you have patience and some wrenching skills, it's doable if you do it carefully without rushing. I've done mine at least twice for different reasons. My biggest concern about yours is that timing jumped. My buddy's timing jumped and it tore apart a lot of things, including bent valves. -

We have FasTrak rfid transponders in Southern California and I have zero issues with mine velcro stuck to the windshield behind the rear view mirror in the black dotted portion. The heating element of the windshield doesn't affect the rfid frequency that FasTrak uses. -

Seriously, do the oil and lower control arms yourself. Get everything from FCPeuro.com and it's lifetime warranty, including the oil. Oil changes on this is stupid easy, remove oil cap, insert "Fluid Extractor" tube on the tube, hand pump fluid extractor to extract fluid until "empty"... -

I would check out the Live Values on STFT and LTFT on both bank 1 and bank 2 after swapping in the new plugs. IF both banks are really off and/or +/-10%, then yes I would Clear Adaptation Values to reset the ECU into learning mode. I personally would Clear Adaptation Values when changing... -

I agree @ktm525... Champions are terrible. I personally prefer Denso over NGK, but that's my personal preference. I like the Denso Long Life, but you'll have to gap them to 0.040". Otherwise, they're pregapped. Get new plugs in and see if the misfires go away.
