Floor console has to be removed.
Remove shifter knob.
Lift up on the shifter bezel (snaps in).
Remove coin tray and vertical cover at rear of console. Remove two screws. Unplug connector.

Any tool other than OEM is considered generic. Although, the OEM LR tool is suspect at times.
I have a small MAC Tool scanner. It does an OK job.
A Snap On scanner is very spendy. But, probably one of the best.
I tried looking up that DTC in the LR manual. Doesn't come up.
Make sure that the fan is spinning "freely." If the motor mounts are sagging, the fan can drag on the fan shroud brushes.
Be sure to check the rubber elbows on the drain hoses. They are in the front footwells where the drain hoses exit the vehicle.
VOLVO part # 30753148 is a direct crossover part.
TTM can be initiated by a sequence of door opening and brake pedal application. May have been inadvertently activated.
Normal suspension mode is reactivated, once you drive over 30mph.
Oil pressures are as follows:
Idle 68F (temp) 29psi
1,500 rpm 68F 87psi
3,000 rpm 104F 90psi
3,000 rpm 230F 72psi
3,000 rpm 266F 58psi
Your Autel reading is 100. Which would be 100% duty cycle on the oil pump solenoid, commanded full open.
Rev the engine up and see if that %...
a) Autel probably giving incorrect DTC.
b) The solenoid is integrated with the oil pump. The solenoid opens a passage at low rpms to reduce oil pressure. Which is intended to reduce fuel consumption.
C1130-66 indicates that the suspension is in tight tolerance mode. Used when doing alignments.
The other two are "ghost codes."
I would disconnect the battery for 15min, reconnect and see what happens.
