The PCM has two connectors. The circuit you're checking is in the bigger connector. Check the resistance from Pin 95 to the alternator connector. This is the PCM connector-looking into it.- Rover Range

You may have a broken signal wire from the PCM. It is the single grey wire that plugs into the alternator.- Rover Range

LR4 possible alternator issue
Check the battery monitoring wire that connects to the positive battery cable. There's a fusible link in the wire that can burn out.- Rover Range

SCV6 Engine chatter/knock
Tensioner failures are rare. High pressure pumps can fail and become noisy. With the engine running. See if you can put your hand on the pumps and feel for an abnormal knocking.- Rover Range

Down shifting in 4L?
1st gear and 4L may be too low, while in sand mode. Take it out of sand mode and try shifting to 1st.- Rover Range

Break in the MOST ring? Fiber optic interconnect
I've never seen a broken MOST ring. Not to say it can't happen. When you disconnect the MOST connector, you should see a red light in the module's connector cavity. Satellite modules are usually the culprit.- Rover Range

Purchase the optic bypass loops and try to bypass each module on the MOST Network. Bypass the modules one at a time, cycling the ignition on each time.- Rover Range

Vibration
Sound like collapsed front motor mounts. With the hood open. Foot on brake. Do not let off brake. Place in drive. Give a little gas and see if the engine jumps up. If it does, mounts are bad.- Rover Range

08 RR HSE LR4 4.4 Fuel Gauge reads 3/4 full when filled
Both fuel senders will need to be replaced. There's an access port on the left side of the tank to get to the left sender. Fuel pump is on the right side.- Rover Range

Transmission error P1707-77 и U0402(00) Land Rover Discovery 5 2018
The P1707-77 DTC could be caused by the manual park release cable sticking. Look under the hood, on the left side. You will see a short lever that is used to the park pawl. Cycle the lever a couple time and make sure it is released back to the down position. This can also trigger the other DTC.- Rover Range

Oil level sensor leaking
The oil pan doesn't have to be removed to replace the oil level sensor. Drain the oil. Remove the three bolts (Torx T30). Remove sensor, reinstall. Refill oil.- Rover Range
