Leaving the hood / bonnet open overnight for rats.

Nobody has tried a standard mouse/rat trap in the garage around the vehicle??? Maybe with a glob of peanut butter on it?

Permanently remove the factory installed A-Bar protection frame

If it doesn't have the hole plugs, what is there? is it smooth? Unless there is another version of the A-Frame Brush Bar, that is where the bolts are...can you snap a pic and attach it? Do you have the off-roading lights? Pretty sure the appearance will be just like that of the stock LR3. I...

    hitch storage location

I guess I'm a purist. My hitch receiver is in my shed and my amber cover-thingee is in that rectangular hole.

    hitch storage location

I guess. I have one and it stays in my shed if I'm not about to use it.

Faults with new to me LR3

The BT interface is just sooo much more convenient than having to step through all the menus with the CC switches. I am sure GAP is willing to make a deal for an "upgrade" if you call or email them.

    Help fitting Terrafirma rock sliders

Wouldn't the rust only form where paint has been removed (from rocks/roots)? Where did you have this galvanizing done and if you don't mind, how much did it cost?

    Help fitting Terrafirma rock sliders

Does the finish look close to the same as before galvanizing?? I have the RS as well....I paint them annually. It's quick and easy, but not ideal.

Faults with new to me LR3

Good idea. Replace the actuator (motor) and then update the software or calibrate it. I know that step is required....if you don't replace the actuator, it could wear out the clutch packs in that diff. ....ask me how I know. :(

    fuel injection relay kill switch?

I really don't see the need to do that. It's not a 1992 Honda Accord. It's not easy to steal. If you want some peace of mind, get a Lo Jack.

2006 LR3 Rear Locking Diff 'Pop' sound Diengaging

When you are in reverse, your rear locker is effectively a front locker. If there is steering input, the computer is going to disengage it because having your fwd-facing wheels locked in a turn is not a great idea. Mine unlocks in R consistently too, I would not worry about that. The clunk...

Faults with new to me LR3

I'm afraid I don't know enough about the Wheel Angle Sensor to know if one is good or bad by inspection. Prices for replacements go anywhere from $99 (used) to $350 (new) so I can see wanting to avoid throwing a part at the problem. I just know that when one of those puppies goes out, the...

Faults with new to me LR3

I think so...never looked, usually the issues are on the passenger side. I've never really looked at the sensor, how can you tell if it's failed?
