Window Tinting
I couldnt agree more. The more you look around, the more vehicles you see with the same tint on the back only situation. To me looks like you ran out of cash or film and didn't finish the job! -

In Wi the law allows "any" tint that comes in vehicle from factory. But no state allows windshield. I was told by a friend who ordered and pick up a BMW in Germany years ago that one of the important items that came up when he ordered was the window tints, USA bumper requierement and exhaust system. -

I tinted the front windows to match the back. I didn't want to go too much more because I don't want to deal with a bored cop stoping me because he can't see my handsome face. Actually I thought about the "safety" aspect, it's a gpd point. I got a sample of a light tint that a local place will install and it is legal in the state of WI as long as it reduces less than 15%. I agree, I don't kmow of any carmaker that gives the update for free. On the other hand, how often you need to update it? I am not planning to since I will probably trade it in in two years, but if the update will make it more user friendly, that's a whoel different story. -

3rd row issues
Never had an issue with the third row ever. Not on my 2008 LR3 nor on my 2010 LR4. It is possible that you got a bad seat, keep complaining until you get the problem fix. -

leather cleaner
I got so tired of the jeans/belt stains that I just got my vehicles with black leather interior. I suffered the same problem with my Volvo, Acura and LR! Do not use any detergent, it removes whatever protection you may have and will end up getting worse. I love Leather Masters, great product.
