I don't think so because I don't hear the motor when I hit the switch to go forward or back. I'm thinking motor but maybe the switch is bad. -

I have a 97 Disco SE 7 with a passenger (right ) side power seat that will not operate forward or backward. The backrest operates as does the angle of the seat. Is this a motor, cable or switch problem? Thanks
