05 Dodge Durango Limited Hemi 4x2....silver on gray leather. It had 78k, it was starting to need some stuff done, pinion seal, burning oil. -

Yeah...I'm a music buff my self...so if they aren't working, it'll need to be towed...haha. I'm under warranty, I'll take it in next week, wanted to see if there was just a simple fix. Thanks all! -

Left side (drivers) speakers are intermittently working. I have an SE with the basic HK system...any ideas? Did a quick search with no results...thanks. -

Aftermaket Air Filters
The oil that K&N uses is scary...what if that got sucked it? I think just good ole paper...LR3's really aren't going to see much of a gain from a slight increase in flow. Just my opinion. -

Advice on a new vehicle? (to augment or replace the LR3)
Nobody puts a towel under the car seat? Wow. That's the only thing I can add...sorry. My kids are way past that now...not sure if it's good or bad. -

Oh I will...when I can get one that's 2 or 3 years old. Let them work the bugs out! Or I could be the first LR4 to LR3 interior swap? :stupid: -

I have yet to run them, but a few of my Jeep buddies have manged 50-60k from a set....pretty good for an AT. -

I've had this issue with other vehicles, and sometimes it might be better just to pick up a clean, used light for a little bit of $$$. But in the case of LR's....maybe not. -

^^^^This exactly. I knew the LR3 would be more $$$ than my Durango (well...maybe not, Durango was going to need a new engine soon, another story), and I didn't expect all the issues with it, but then again I've been pretty lucky over the years with getting trouble free vehicles. Knock on wood... -

I suppose....my main concern is the air suspension. Engine/tranny/xfer case, I'm not worried, heck I have more confidence in this long term in that sense than what I did with my old Hemi Durango. Then again....Landy's and Jeeps are the only thing I'll drive...so I guess hanging on is my best bet! -

I love the ride/handling/feeling of driving the LR3...one of the best I've ever driven. I'm just worried about long term....but I'll probably get an extended warranty, can't get another vehicle for 3k for sure that I'd like as much. Thanks for the input everyone. -

So...I'll be out of warranty in March at the rate I'm driving (about 10k per 6 months)...and with the amount of claims I've had, I know that I couldn't afford all the repairs without a warranty. So with that....should I bother with an extended warranty, or just trade it off? Any thoughts... -

So I have about another 6 months left until I hit 50k, and would like to keep the LR3, if I can can get a quality extended warranty that won't break the bank. Thanks for the advice! -

Scorpians are I think, AT2's aren't, UHP is, ST, nope, not sure on the Hankook.
