    LR3 and Iphone 4

Yes. Radio is playing, call comes in, radio is muted, ringing plays through speakers, answer phone and call is connected to speakers. When call ends, radio begins playing on speakers again.

    LR3 and Iphone 4

Perfect. You won't have any problems then (also in IT here :hello:) I would go straight to the LR4. While it functions the same as the upgraded LR3 version, it may make a slight difference with the mic quality and that is worth it. I still get comments that it isnt great so don't expect it to...

    LR3 and Iphone 4

I choose just to buy the new LR4 version. i already had the upgraded bluetooth on my 08. Since I bought it out of the UK from a guy (I think the same one that runs the exchange you linked to) they included a simple pig tail to go from the old connector to new (but it doesn't clip in so it...

    LR3 and Iphone 4

Not sure but it really isn't "made" to work so I think they won't do it for you. It isn't that hard to do, the hardest part is getting the side panel off but just take your time and you won't damage anything. You basically have to only plug in 2 wires from the old connector, so you need...

Naw you want the 6 ton version: http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200318931_200318931 It lifts over 19". I have this jack and it can pickup my BFG's off the ground by lifting off the frame.

    Parking Sensor Flashing

When my park sensors were acting up I got a message on the display. One quick thing you can do is put your ear right up against the sensor, you should hear a faint clicking sound. If you hear one that doesn't click, you might have found your problem. In my case, all were clicking - my...

    Hitch Receiver disassembly, and questions...

bbyer the LR lock replacement is meant to re-use your existing shaft. You slip this over the end of the shaft, then push the roll pin in to hold it on. So if he's missing the shaft, I don't think you can buy it separate.

    Hitch Receiver disassembly, and questions...

OK guys to release the locking pin you actually need the shaft with the gear on it. The idea is, pop out the roll pin to remove the green handle. Undo the bolts that hold the cover/spring in place. This then gives you access to the shaft so you can rotate it manually with a wrench. So...

    Almost Ready!!

Not exactly true. The maximum amount of lift is based on a maximum sensor value in the ECU. The ECU can store a value up to 250. This is to allow for minor variances between all of the sensors. The tool allows you to increase this value. The limit is based on the highest value of the...

DCS debate: on or off when offroading

I just completed the Land rover experience at solihull a day ago and asked the driving instructor about DSC, here's his responce (and he did tell me he rolled a 80k range rover a year back because he forgot to turn DSC off) 1. DSC measures Yaw, wheel speed, steering input and throttle...

    Hitch Receiver Removal.... (different question)

Before you go through all the work of fabricating a new hitch, go checkout one from Australia that mounts up high. I can't think of the name or find it (in Paris with really crappy internet service), but maybe something like "Mitchell", ah either way, there is a better design out there that the...

    First off-road adventure!

You'll be going to Tahuya, I signed up too late and everything was already booked. Trail is pretty good, there is a harder south loop, but I doubt they will be going down there. Only thing to really worry about is some light pin-striping from the branches that reach out on the trail

    "Vehicle Raising Slowly"

When are you getting the error? When going to offroad mode? or just randomly?

    "Vehicle Raising Slowly"

Houm, I found when watching mine that at normal the compressor runs to 257 then stops. The tank pressure then slowly bleeds down a bit. After watching it for 15min it dropped down to 215. If I hit offroad height, it would of course drop down to 50 then immediately start pumping up to 257...

    "Vehicle Raising Slowly"

For everyone's knowledge. This information was taken from any early build 2008 with the IIDTool. I don't believe I have had the EAS software update to reduce the pressure in the tank. Pressure in tank: 210-257 Compressor turn on: 210 Compressor turn off: 257

    "Vehicle Raising Slowly"

So to round out the symptoms, I also got the faults going over the obstace (#3) and it kicked my alignment off. However, after I restared everything went away. I did get the suspension fault a couple minutes later, but after a restart it never came back. However the rest of the guys had...

The obligatory "Show off your LR3' thread

Driver was me - and I'm not so convinced yet myself on DSC. I agree there are times when it can cut power at the wrong time, but I think it can help keep wheel speed from going crazy when one slips. In my mind, hill climbs keep it off, but I haven't had a problem yet on the normal level type...

The obligatory "Show off your LR3' thread

That spot looks way more tame on video too. I'll try to get my in-car shot of it up later today. It claimed a tie rod on a DII, broke a bumper or 2, removed some mudflaps, messed up a couple sets of sidesteps, gave all 3 LR3's faults and knocked the suspension out of alignment. 1 was out of...
