I did a quick search within 500 miles of where he bought the car. Obviously the prices are asking, not selling prices 2 Lux's for 59k, 3 HSE's for 54-57k....all 2012, with between 33 and 11,000 miles on them, dealers only. in socal, 2 Lux's for 55-59k, 1 base for 48k....again, all 2012... -

So, MSRP for the car we "think" you bought, base+ccp+sirius+3rd row seats, is $53,250. The MSRP for a HSE+ccp+sirius is $56,225....so about a 3k spread. The main things that stick out between the two cars are: Nav Rear view camera passive entry folding side mirrors led signature lighting... -

Do you have any ads that indicate it was an HSE? What does your paperwork say? Anything in writing that confirms they said it had SAT....does the sale department confirm they orally told you it had it...that it was an HSE, etc? Obviously all things you will discuss with your attorney....sad... -

don't feel bad, my sales rep also thought the rear windshield nozzle was the camera. I had a bit of fun with him and remarked something to the effect of: thats cool, so when it squirts out water, is that to clean the rear camera? And I wonder why I didn't get a great deal on the car.... -

Good idea Maybe have them raise the suspension, go to low range and test out the car on the off road track (if they have one). Also look at the 4x4 screen and make sure it works Due to your inconvenience, maybe you could convince them to do some sort of multi point inspection -

In NA, all hse's have nav. Try playing around with the setup menus, etc. but for me, hitting nav immediately gives me a disclaimer about driving safely and then it boots up . On the home screen, where it shows three columns, one each for radio, nav and phone....what does it say for nav? -
why and why not should I buy LR4
If off road ability is not a concern, I think alot of other nice suv's start to look attractive... Diesel toureg, q7, x5 etc...you do pay for the off road ability in weight, ride and fuel economy/range. Btw, I have a Indus silver and black lr4. Very happy with the look -
