How did you know the main battery was dead? Is there a sign or symptom that says 2nd battery automatically kicked in? such as delayed start or something? - Brian -

Automatic Suspension Adjust at Rest
You are right, it's auto leveling. I experience the same thing and asked a dealer. They said LR3 calculates weight and adjusts its suspension to keep the same height. -

Ok, I got the kit and was shopping for Optima but no local store has it??? They have D34/78 instead: So, I am going to order it online. Saw a couple of them on ebay but not sure it's the right way to go. Does anybody know a reputable online shop for Optima batteries? I live in DE... -

Skid Plates...
Sorry to hijack... I just installed Rasta 4x4 front skid plate. I tried part # 7 as seen in the manual but it simply doesn't work so I installed it without part # 7 per nwoods recommendation. Also used better bolts per nwoods recommendation (again). Works perfectly and looks clean. Thanks... -

So, I managed to find space for that small metal piece but it still doesn't make sense. Here is manual (?) it comes with: The part I cannot understand is # 7. It says attach it to chassis but there is no place to attach them??? Also, according to the manual, that pin looking thing comes... -

Removing Door Moldings/Trim?
I had LR3 dealer install side moldings but it came out with weird angle. I looked at the instruction it comes with and actually they did what the instruction says. So, I took them off, applied new double side tape and installed them myself. Now I like the way it looks -
