Maybe VVT solenoids? Not an oiler device, but seems to fit the description. They adjust timing of the camshafts. -

Injector failure?
Seems like fuel delivery is a logical place to start looking since it’s worse under load. I’d probably be thinking fuel pump before injector, but could be either. Too bad you can’t see fuel rail pressure or fuel trims. I also thought the gap tool could be used as a code reader on other LRs... -

I don’t think a bad vacuum pump really does much other than make smoke. -

One other thing (at the risk of stating the obvious) - make sure the air filters are clean. I guess that makes me think also of cleaning/testing the mafs. But I’d still look at fuel pressure/trims first if it were me. -

I wonder if you’ve got a weak fuel pump that can’t keep up with the increasing demand under load. If you have a gap tool, you could monitor your fuel rail pressure and demanded rail pressure when driving and then climbing a hill. Actual pressure and demanded pressure should stay pretty well... -

I agree with this. Shouldn’t be any need to replace the oil cooler or it’s gasket, and it doesn’t need to be removed to do the rest of the work. The intercooler gasket can be reused, but maybe it’s not too expensive (intake manifold gasket needs new). The thermostat comes as one piece... -
Only 5 quarts of oil drained second oil change in a row (also… drain plug?)

Possibly a brake dragging? Might check the temp on your wheels, see if any are hotter than the others? -

What year? If its the v8, might well be the vacuum pump. Been reported on these forums a few times. It’s connected to the intake via vacuum hose. When it goes bad, oil is sucked straight from the pump/crankcase into the intake. If its an scv6, could be the supercharger bypass is stuck... -

Code P2066: Fuel level sensor B circuit range/performance
This would be related to the fuel level sensor in the tank. Closest thing I could find is code P0265. See attached. -
Common fuel pressure issue?
Wonder if it could be the low pressure fuel pump relay cutting in and out. In any event, I’d suspect the lp pump over the hpfps with it cutting in and out like it seems to be doing based on the initial post. -

Fuel trims are somewhat lean, but not terrible. Normal range is up to 10%. So maybe a little vacuum leak someplace, or dirty injectors, or combination. The PCV valve should probably be changed if not already done, but that tends to produce a bigger leak when it tears. For the smoke test... -

If you haven’t already done so, check your fuel trims using the gap tool. That should tell you if you have a vacuum leak, and might help diagnose low fuel pressure as well. On these cars, you need to look at both short and long term fuel trim, and add the two together to get total fuel trim... -
LR4 brake issues
I had warped rotors shortly after buying my 2016 (used). Replaced with Zimmerman and haven‘t a problem since. I don’t know what was on it when I bought it. I’ve heard drilled rotors will warp more quickly - not sure about slotted (no personal experience) - not sure what OP had on it...
