What Did You Do To Your LR Today?
I used the 3M kit on mine last year as a test. Worked well, but the yellowing came back in a couple months. Need to do it again and then get them cleared as well. Maybe I'll try to find a automotive 'grade' clear with some UV protection in a spray can and redo the lights again in a couple of months -

Should be pretty apparent if a piston is stuck when you pop that caliper off. -

If slider pins are good, and only on one wheel, then more than likely a sticky caliper piston. I've had one stick on the rear of mine in the past. Bought an aftermarket aluminum caliper and saved 20 lbs :D -

Oil change. Dealer or use a GAP tool. Ive had "Service Required" for years and dont even notice it anymore :D -

Couldnt see the video, but based on your description with the camshaft, it sounds like it broke and the metal particulates you are seeing are a result of the the piecce thats still attached to the timing chain spinning against the other half which is not moving (thats my guess anyway). Agree with the FL heat tax. When in doubt just replace it. When it goes, it will go at the most inconvenient time. -

Transfer case oil change @ 165K. About 1.5 liters and used Royal Purple Synchromax. Looks like a the front seal is leaking a little. Not enough to drip on the driveway, but something to keep an eye on. Front end has been dropping pretty quickly lately. Was hoping it was the front valve block... -

Based on what I've read on the fill procedure when doing a trans service. You can only fill so much on a cold transmission. To fully fill it when doing the service you must run the vehicle until it hits a specific warm temp, then you can add the remaining fluid until you get a drip per second or... -

IMO I wouldnt even bother trying to remove fluid. You've got a couple of quarts of fluid thats going to try and come out on a cold non running transmission. I didnt even use a full single tube and it stopped all shuttering symptoms on mine. I jacked up passenger side after a drive so that the... -

I used 80% of one 2oz tube and it worked in mine too. fixed bad shuttering part throttle in lower gears, couple hundred rpm drops in top gear. Its been a couple of weeks and no issues so far. Still planning on doing a trans service this winter as its due. -

Power steering resevoir is directly above that area. Maybe trace and check the lines down to the power steering pump? -

I need arm rests for my seats. They are all cracked up. I'm actually curious if Range Rover sport front seats would fit (same mount, connectors and pattern?). There are so many being parted out here in FL would almost be better to do a complete swap. -

Ive done mine. Wasnt too hard to do. Used a 3M urethane sealant. Cleaned off the old sealant the best I could on the metal. Apply new sealant, attach washer fluid hose and electrical connector, squish down the new cover. Put painters tape on overnight to hold everything in place. -
