    Bad wheel bearing

Changing hub nuts IS necessary and you do NOT want to skip this step. This will be the only part that keeps your entire wheel attached to your vehicle. Also Torque specs for a wheel nut were revised a few years back, from 350 Nm to a 230 Nm.You can read about it on the British forum.

Lr4 headlights will NOT fit an LR3 without replacing metal fenders , so that would be another expense for a make up along with grill , bumper, also hood will sit differently with a gap due to different headlights and lr4 grill.

    Front Diff/driveshaft leak

You don't want a complete diff meltdown, from lock of fluid.I don't know ,how long have you had that leak, but it is not small.Eventually , you WILL run out of fluid and douse major diff damage , that could seize and rip apart driveshaft and evan a T-case components.I have seen a diff meltdown...

    Front Diff/driveshaft leak

Driveshaft does not hold any oil . It is a Cv joint type shaft, that is packed with very heavy grease.Your leak looks from the picture , like a pinion bearing shaft seal inside a differential.
