Brake Metrics...
No you can still use Manuel mode to select the gear to slow you down, simular to a stick shift. But you have to weight the pros and cons on transmission vs break wear and tear and costs. -

my understanding is you are only in "Command Mode" when you have engaged the terrain system. When the terrain system is in general (standard) then when you move the shifter over to sport mode, you can shift up and down just like any other triptronic shifter. -

Fuel tank capacity- Sucks
Be adventurous. Let me know how many gallons after you run out of gas;) my max fill was about 21 gallons. But I push it as I fill up every other day. -

True, fortunately or unfortunately, I have more music than my phone holds. Having the 160g iPod helps me save money on phones as I only get the 16g models. -

I keep amy 160g iPod plugged into my car and then use my phone for its blue tooth. Haven't had any issues with this arrangement. -
Water Pump
I dropped mine off for its 15K service and prepared to wait in comfort with my ipad and laptop. 15 minutes later the service rep came out and gave me keys as they were replacing my water pump. I picked up my rover the next day. it is so nice when they do it without me bugging them.... and yes, -

After spending several hours reseqarching transport companies and reviews and what a racket the it is, I decided to take the plunge and pick up my new Land Rover. So I loaded up my son in the LR4 and drove up to South Carolina to grab a U-Hual trailer to tote "Nigel" back to South Florida...
