If it's not here, it's not anywhere: http://www.landrovertechinfo.com -- you'll need to pay for a day at a minimum. If you are trying to tap power there, I wouldn't recommend it. Run a line to the fuse box. -

Child Seat Location
I also use center and side often, for easy access to rear seating. The LATCH mounts in the front are no safer than using the seatbelt. In fact, they have a lower weight maximum. I can put a seat in just as fast using the seatbelt instead of LATCH... and it doesn't "slip" with the Britax... -

What do you mean "upgrade"? What can you improve? Or do you mean putting bulbs in that generate a different color? (6000k, etc.) Go for it... whatever turns you on, Matt. Everyone just loves blue lights. :cool: -

Correct... In theory, North American 2006 marketing forces you to order the rear climate package when ordering the rear seat package now... but mistakes can happen. -

Yes, it requires drilling. Two holes just behind the plastic handle cover... it's already prepped -- you just finish it. The top part just sticks over the hatch edge. Echoes, you never explained how you picked up the ladder for $200. Where? -

If money is no concern, you can order the power folding mirror assemblies from the UK, have them shipped over here... and install them yourself. (Or convince a service technican to it.) I'm sure it's possible. It's awfully expensive for a few inches of clearance. Once installed, I'm sure... -

Radio issues: Reception & Auto Volume Control
No major complaints about FM here in Northern California. The system has a subtle AVC... I'm pretty sure the manual tells you to "press the Tone (note) button for 5 seconds" to access the less common settings (AVC, volume offsets, phone volume, etc.) -

FYI: Rear view mirrors are not mandatory by law, unless you don't have an external passenger side mirror. Well, at least in most states... (pulling a trailer would be illegal!) -

cd changer playing when listening to radio?
The update resets the rear controls to AUX source (which is basically off) when the system is started. Since most people barely use this feature, it was a cheap fix for people leaving one of them in CD and getting confused why it's running even if the head unit is off.
