18" vs 19" for All Terrain Tires

Yeah, I think I'm going to end up going with the Tuffant steelies. I initially made the quantity 5 when choosing them, not realizing they're priced at ~$1000 for a set of 5, so initially when looking at my checkout I saw $5000, and thought "whaaaat?" But yes, they do turn out to be quite...

    18" steelies without spacers for 2015 LR4 SCV6

I've been doing some searching around for 18" steelies for my 2015 LR4 SCV6 but can't seem to find anything other than the Tuffant 18"s that will work without spacers. Has anyone found anything like this or something that's comparable? I'm not overly excited to run it with spacers, but I'm...

18" vs 19" for All Terrain Tires

You make a good point about the spare—I'm also wondering what the options are because ideally I don't want to run it with spacers either, and so far I've only seen the Tuffant 18"s as an option. And those do cost quite a bit.

18" vs 19" for All Terrain Tires

What are peoples thoughts on AT tires on 18" vs 19"? I've seen and hear a lot of talk about switching to 18" wheels as it opens up a much wider array of tire choices. I'm curious whether there's a big reason to change out the wheels other than options? I'm sure sidewall size etc. will be...

Rattling/Vibrating/Grinding/Ringing noise when turning at low RPM

That's what I was thinking too. And the more I drive the car, the more I'm beginning to think that's the case. Especially because it happens again, only at that 1200-1500 rpms when in gear, doesn't matter if turning or straight. If accelerating quickly past that 1200-1500rpm range, the noise...

Rattling/Vibrating/Grinding/Ringing noise when turning at low RPM

Will definitely look into the dust shields—I'm pretty sure the wheels were taken off during an inspection I had done prior to buying the car. In addition, looking back at the service history, there was recent brake work done on the car—so I wouldn't be surprised if what you're describing is...

Rattling/Vibrating/Grinding/Ringing noise when turning at low RPM

I've seen some threads here on it potentially being a broken transmission pan/heat shield bracket? Not entirely sure, but it does have somewhat of a metallic sound to it.

Rattling/Vibrating/Grinding/Ringing noise when turning at low RPM

2015 LR4 with 71k miles on it makes a strange grinding/ringing noise when I turn left or right with low RPM (~1500), if I accelerate a little harder out of a turn it doesn't happen. It only occurs, and only sporadically when turning through low RPM. The noise almost sounds like an exhaust heat...

"Air Suspension Not In Customer Mode" when trying to calibrate

Okay. I think I figured it out—I was thrown off by the "not in customer mode" and thought I needed to be in customer mode to calibrate. But, it's supposed to be in that mode as you mentioned. Thanks, Ryanjl!

"Air Suspension Not In Customer Mode" when trying to calibrate

I seem to be able to enter the calibration mode, but I'm not sure it's "doing anything" when i'm adjusting the heights. You mention that it's going to be "not in customer mode" while it's in calibration mode, so should I just continue to do the calibration and complete the process? I figured I...

"Air Suspension Not In Customer Mode" when trying to calibrate

Folks, trying to calibrate my suspension on my 2015 LR4 using the Gap IID tool, and every time I’m just about to calibrate I get the “air suspension not in customer mode” warning on the dash. I did go through the whole routine disabling build mode, and then re-enabling EAS… but then when I go...
