    When changing pads it is recommended that you change both sensor wires. Cost for two (front and rear) is around $15. Cheap problem insurance

    If the plugs ends where black, then you may have the wrong plugs or running to rich. If plugs where a grey/brown and the oil was only in the well, you may have a rocker cover gasket loose.

    it is possible that you may have a spring or the metal bar in wrong. I always chamfer the narrow ends of brake shoes so that they do not pick up until bedded in. Did you tighten the adjusting screw up till brakes shoes were centred in hub and you cannot turn hub, then back them off eight (8)...

    Trynian, Had a good look around after taking out the wheel arch lining and found 'nothing' resembling a connector. Anyone have a picture of what I am looking for. The vehicle is a 2007 discovery 3 but the vin indicates 2008 model and the build indicates 2007, hope that makes sense.

    Mine has a similar problem and just checking connections. Which is sensor 1 and which is sensor 2
