Disco Mike, where can you buy the Akebono pads and how much? Can you request the service department at a dealership to order them, or do they need to be done at an independent shop? -

2013???
I think the only things that really excite me for the 2013 updates are the Arabica seats and new paint colors. The wheels, in my opinion, are a downgrade from last year and I'm not a huge fan of the black pack. The black pack makes me feel like the LR4 is heading in the direction of the RRS... -

I picked my 2012 up on October 29th last year. It arrived at the dealer a little over a week before I got it. Based on that timing, I would have to believe that 2013s are already being produced in Solihull. Either LR desperately wants to control the flow of information or the dealer is trying... -

Aftermarket Warranty $$$$$$$
I am going to look into the Geico policy, but just to make sure I follow, does their policy cover only mechanical items (i.e., engine, transmission, etc.) and not electrical or anything else not meeting the 'mechanical' definition? -

2013-MY Rumors/Facts
I saw the pic online a while ago and have to say I really like it; I hope it is what the next-gen looks like. Further proves the LR4/Disco is a timeless design and can be updated relatively easily every few years while still maintaining its trademark look. -

Daytime Running Lights !!!!!!
I too have the 2012 HSE Lux and the LEDs within the headlight do not work as DRLs. I haven't read the manual, but I don't think they were designed to work that way because Land Rover wants you to buy the $800 (pre-installation) OEM after-market DRLs. -

19" Tire Option Discussion - Again!
David, how is it that an AT tire felt better than a tire designed arguably for just the road? I'm not calling you out or anything, I'm more curious of what the difference could be. If that is in fact the case, I find it ridiculous that LR is even putting the Conti tires on in the first place... -

After looking over the pricing for most of LR's accessories, the price of these doesn't surprise me. Everything they sell is above market in price. Do they claim to have superior performance (doubtful)? Do they want to keep the brand prestige elevated through pricey accessories sales (maybe)... -

for those with the vision assist option
I might be mistaken, but I have a '12 HSE Lux and I could've sworn it has the Xenon lights. Is there a difference between these lights and the Vission Assist lights, other than the adaptive feature? -

Should I Go For It?
To each their own but, if I were you, I would be the proud new owner of a Yukon/Tahoe. Regardless of make/model/perceived reliability, the thought of having to drive, at a minimum, 150 miles round trip for any kind of service would be too much to handle, but again thats just my opinion...
