two reasons. first, the inside edges were slightly worn more. second, and the main reason...they were 60 bucks each, and i already had them off. figured why not. if it saves me from having to remove it all again on account of them warping or wearing down, it was worth the money to me... -

Correct, new rotors are on. I did read about the parking break but have also read so long as you don't touch it you're fine. I think if it were a parking brake issue I would be hearing a constant grind and one side would be bound up. Parking brake appears to be operating in normal working condition -

2013 LR4 with about 28K miles. Light just came on saying "brake pads worn." I wish it told you if it was the front or back... Been doing lots of reading on here. Sounds like the NAPA ultra premium rotors are a pretty good choice. Do the rotors need to be replaced at the same time as the pads... -

so, would replacing the entire arm itself fix this or are you saying the splines on the motor are trashed? I think i found a new wiper arm for about $40 so this might be doable. The cap is gone as well so i'd need to order a new one of those as well. -

Well...I can't say it with certainty...but I'm pretty sure the wipers were left in "auto" the last time it went through the car wash. The wipers still work, but the driver's side seems messed up. When I lift it away from the windshield, I can move it freely up and down and side to side... -

I agree with you. That was the first thing I noticed but the bridgestones have actually started to bulge a little after being on there for a while. No doubt, the sidewall is definitely harder on these though...which means they'll last longer...so I'll live with it -
