Swapping 2008 rear lights with 2010
I think to start with you'd need new fenders, it seems they are a different shape (at least according to the link below). It also looks like the LR3's grill and headlights are taller...If you can get all that worked out you'd still probably have to figure out the wiring... -

Dash Inserts
The 2008 HSE (and all 2009's to best of my knowledge) came with the option of wood or "piano black," and it sounds like you have the latter. You can buy the parts from the dealer to swap from the piano black to the wood, but I hear they are costly. -

I did this and it helped. Just pull it off and put some silicone on it and it will stop. Mine has been quite for a few months. -
