Just had my a/c compressor replaced at 27000 miles, little concerned about that. My questions is, before I had the compressor replaced when I turn the system off I could hear a flap close. Since I had the compressor replaced when I adjust the temperature wheel I can hear the flap close... -

What was the feeling you got to know the bushings needed to be replaced. On my 2005 LR3 when I make a turn or go over a bump or turn into my drive I feel thru the steering wheel a bump, as though something is loose. Maybe a strut but there is something defiantly loose. -

miles on a set of brake pads, bumping noise from the front end

Was the water pump leaking? yes at the housing Did the engine overheat? no problem there Was the A/C not functioning? the a/c worked of but was making a hummimng noise Also just curious, were you out of warranty due to vehicle age? still under warranty -

why replace rotors often
Reading these posts about brakes I am wondering why in the world the rotors have to be replaced so often. Is it because of the off road use or from just the shear weight of the LR. If someone can tell me if I wanted to replace pads and rotors on my 2005 LR3 with the same ones that came on... -

I just had to have the compressor and the water pump replaced in my 2005 LR3 with only 27000 miles. Has anyone experienced this problem at such low mileage?
