I got the 7 year/100,000 mile LRNA extended warranty. I got it for $3,600. The past two weeks were agony! My dealer told me as soon as it hit the port in Baltimore that it would be at the dealership within days. It took two weeks! I was waiting every day for a call saying it had arrived. -

JD Power's CSI survey is out - Nothing to see here, again
My dealer is a Jaguar Land Rover dealer. They told me they give Jags to Land Rover owners and Land Rovers to Jag owners. They apparently get a lot of sales that way. I guess I'll find out if they really do that when I take my LR4 in for service for the first time. -

One benefit of not having comfort access could be that you might be able to install a remote starter. That being said, I would want to receive what I ordered and I don't think I would accept a vehicle that was incorrect. -

My dealer said that the Land Rover warranty has to be purchased within 15 months/15,000 miles. I don't know if that was true or just a sales tactic. The dealer sells a 3rd party warranty for owners that are beyond that window. The same coverage as the Land Rover warranty costs a lot more... -

I too am going to get the Land Rover extended warranty. It will cover me to 7 years/100,000 miles. As Dan said, it's under $4k. I am also considering the wheel and tire protection package. I got the Black package with the painted wheels on my LR4. I foresee needing to replace one or... -

Meh. It looks like every other mall-crawling SUV on the market. I want to see a picture of what it looks like with the rear hatch open and the seats folded. No way those seats fold flat for a continuous loading deck like in the current LR4.
