on my iPhone, I have to manually swipe up from the screen, tap on the AirPlay icon, and choose iPhone to get notification sounds through my Phone. All calls still come through the car speakers. It's kinda annoying though. -

Tire Recommendation
Michelin latitude came with my LR4. Holy cow are they quiet and soft ride. I would buy them again if only wanted on road tires. -

I would be very cautious on "Factory Style" rails. These are knockoff made in China crap. I had some on my RRS and they broke off while I was washing my car. -

Liftmaster Garage Door Opener
Does that happen when your LR is parked in the garage and you press the button on the monitor? If so, I don't think I would hit the button on the mirror while I'm parked in the garage. Just when I roll up to the driveway.
