Suspension goes into Extended mode when lowering.
Have you ever replaced the suspension air compressor on this LR3? I was having many of the same issues, and more, and everything disappeared following replacing the compressor. -

How do I remove this?
Why not use a dremel tool or knife to modify the mats vs. the LR3? I've done that (have put weather tech mats & cargo liner in every vehicle since '99). That way, the mat will stay put and the LR3 stays closer to original when you resell/trade in. When I've seen those retention hooks ripped... -
