Which Land Rover is the most troublefree?
I would say the most trouble free land rover is one that has been properly maintained. Trouble for you could mean more expensive parts, which could mean the Range Rover (yes even the old models are expensive). Both my Range Rover and my Disco were pretty trouble free, but did run into some...- Slam

Are there any known problems with the 1993 Range Rover?
Air suspension. If it has not been replaced, it will need it soon. You can convert it to coil suspension but it is expensive. 93 was the first year for air suspension.- Slam

Which Land Rovers don't rust?
I have had a 97 Disco and 92 Range Rover. Neither had rust. I know that the Range Rover had some aluminum zinc composite that was fairly rust resistant. Can't remember what the disco is made out of right now. Rovers have solid frames so are you are pretty safe.- Slam

Dvd Player for a Disco I
There are some people on the forum with disco 2's with sunroofs that also have a dvd installed in the roof. Should be fairly similar with a disco 1 -

sway bars, do i keep them or dump them
Took mine off and have no problems. If you have some stiffer newer suspension than an old pair of soggy stock shocks, you probably will not notice a huge difference. -

Window Regulator part
I worked on the rover this weekend, and as I fixed it other parts break. Funny how rovers work sometimes. The piece that I have to find is a small plastic wheel that goes inside of the rail on the rear window. I am not sure if I can find a place that sells just that wheel. It just broke in... -

Summer. You really don't want to take any chances with the brakes. How are your rotors? How are the pads? How are the calipers? How many miles on the vehicle?
